Getting hired to work in a home and more importantly with a child is one of the highest honors in any work place. It has been my pleasure and some of my greatest satisfactions to be invited to work in my employers place they come home to. I am grateful to have taken my years of experience to now share and create a service that parents and homeowners can come to for answers and an option for obtaining help for their home. Sherri

Sherri Gardikis has spent over 20 years as a professional in the Household Management industry and has worked in several homes and family situations, she has a grasp at what it takes to succesfully work in a private residence. Along with vast experience Sherri will bring to a home a management system that will match a candidate to the right home working enviroment. In partnering with local colleges a workshop designed by Ms. Gardikis will teach and motivate candidates in understanding what they must do to work in the private home, this same workshop is also performed at other times to reach as many candidates a possible. The Whole Mother program heard Monday mornings on KPFT 90.1FM has welcomed Sherri as a guest to give advice to families and individuals wanting and looking for employment within the private home.
