Full Placement Assistance
Here is how it works
1.We offer a complimentry in-home visit to you
2. When ready we start the process by visiting with you for about an hour to go over everything you are looking for, there is 
No Written
application for you, we do all the paperwork
3. Because we meet with our candidates and do a complete profile on them, we can send only those that fit with your profile
4. When you chose to hire someone you get one week to try them out
5. Once you are happy then we collect our final fee
6. You get one complimentry coaching with your employee up to one year
7. If you are not happy after six months we will give you a replacement ( we recomend a coaching before giving up)
We offer a platform for those looking for employment to post a profile with three high standards
1. They must meet with us personally
2. We will do a basic criminal background check ( including checking sex-offender list)
3. One reference will be called to verify information collected in interview
( we also strongly recomend that candidates take our basic workshop and those who do will be highlighted on the platform)
Clients can look at this platform at anytime and when you are ready we can take you to the next step in contacting them. From here the rest is up to you, we offer a monthly price to obtain contacts.
